Return Process

  Carefully pack your ChessUp board in its original packaging, ensuring all cables, pieces, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the electronic components and board condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
